Our Hiring Process

1. Interview with Niky AI (async)

The interview is step one. Feedback is totally optional, but we love it.

2. Initial Chat

A quick call to align on your background and what we’re building.

3. Technical Interview

Work on a real problem from our codebase. Use AI tools, notes, whatever you’d use day-to-day.

4. Paid Work Trial

Join us for a few days of hands-on work. You get paid. We both see if it’s a fit.
