Talent Terms of Service

Niky AI connects vetted Talent with Companies through structured AI-led interviews, multidimensional profiles, and automated matching. Niky AI is a platform, not an employer.

• You must be at least 18 years old
• You must be legally allowed to work in jurisdictions where you apply
• You must provide truthful, accurate information

• Keep your account credentials secure
• Don’t impersonate others
• You’re responsible for activity on your account

If you're introduced to a Client, Company, or Partner through Niky AI, you agree not to engage with them directly, whether paid or unpaid, without written consent from Niky AI, for 24 months after the last interaction.

All compensation discussions and agreements must happen via the Niky AI platform.

Direct negotiations outside of Niky AI are prohibited.

Niky AI uses artificial intelligence to conduct structured interviews, analyze responses, and generate enriched Talent profiles.

Talent may interact directly with automated systems.

All hiring decisions are made by humans. AI does not reject or shortlist Talent without human oversight.

We process your personal data, including voice recordings, transcripts, and profile data, to support matching and evaluation. All processing complies with GDPR.

• Purpose: Matching Talent with relevant job opportunities
• Storage: Secure, GDPR-compliant infrastructure
• Retention: Data is stored only as long as necessary for active matching or as legally required
• Your rights: You can request access, correction, deletion, or human review at any time

Using Niky AI does not create an employment relationship between you and Niky AI.

You are responsible for your own legal, tax, and insurance matters.

Niky AI is committed to building fair, transparent, and unbiased AI systems.

Our models are regularly monitored and tested to avoid discrimination based on gender, accent, ethnicity, or background.

Niky AI may suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms.

You can delete your account at any time.

These Terms are governed by German law.

Jurisdiction: Berlin, Germany.

If one part of these Terms becomes invalid, the remaining sections still apply.

Invalid terms will be replaced with valid equivalents.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use means acceptance.

We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app.

By using Niky AI, you understand that interviews and profile creation are powered by AI.
